Information we collect
This is an informational website. We do not host intake forms, patient portals, or e-commerce. We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it — for example, when you call the office, send an email, or contact our billing office with insurance information. In those cases we receive whatever you choose to share (typically your name, contact details, and a brief reason for reaching out).
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information about each visit: IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and the pages requested. This information is used to operate the site, protect against abuse, and understand aggregate usage trends.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data (pages visited, session duration, general geographic region) so we can improve site content. IP addresses are anonymized before processing. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts are used. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track (DNT) signals — when either signal is detected, analytics is fully disabled for your visit. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may also collect minimal, anonymized web traffic data for security and performance purposes.
How we use information
Information you provide is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule a consultation, verify insurance benefits, or maintain the clinical and billing records required for the operation of the practice. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the website or the practice (for example, our hosting provider and our billing service). These providers are limited to using the information for the purposes we specify. We will also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of an individual.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) to (a) know what personal information we collect and how it is used, (b) request a copy of that information, (c) request deletion, (d) correct inaccurate information, and (e) opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. Children's privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect information transmitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is fully secure. Please do not send sensitive clinical information by email. Clinical communication should occur over the telephone or through HIPAA-compliant channels arranged during care.
